Read Below Before Registering – Tryout Pre-Registration Online

  • In order to try out, this registration form must be submitted prior to attending any tryout.

Times by Grade for Next Year

  • Entering 7th and 8th Grade, May 12 – 7:00-8:15p.m.
    • Call Back for 2nd Tryout – May 15th from 6:30-8:00pm
  • Entering 10th-12th Grade, May 12 – 4:30-6:30p.m.
  • Entering 9th Grade, May 15 – 4:30-6:00p.m.

Physicals – Athletes who participated in a sport other than volleyball at Union in 24-25 can try out if they will bring a copy of the physical on file at Union.  Current volleyball kids can try out under last season’s physical. Any kids not participating in sports at Union for 24-25 must have a physical dated after May 1, 2025.

Union Physical Form – It’s the only form accepted.  The OSSAA form will not be accepted.

 

Post Tryouts – Results Posted Below

  • Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting – May 19 at 6:30 at the Union Freshmen Academy in the commons, south entry
    • Players Must be in Attendance
  • Team Snap – Download the app – It will be our primary method of communication after we load each player to the roster.
    • An account will be set up with the parent email used to register for the tryout.
  • Volleyball Camp – May 27-29

  • Declining the Offer – If plans have changed and if a spot on the team is no longer possible or if other questions arise, please contact mckee.chadd@unionps.org.

If your number is listed below, download the Team Snap app and await future instructions. Soon, parents will log in with the parent email provided on the tryout registration.

Manager Option (10th-12th Only) – If not placed on a team and wish to apply for a managerial position, click here.  Also, if players wish to continue training this summer, there are many camps available across Tulsa, and we will gladly schedule another tryout for kids.
