May 9 and 16 for all Tryouts in the Volleyball Facility (downstairs near the high school gym floor)

- In order to try out, this registration form must be submitted prior to attending any tryout.

- Have a valid physical.
- A physical dated after May 1, 2024 ON THE NEW UNION FORM

Times by Grade for May 9 and 16 in the high school volleyball facility on the lower level of the gymnasium. Enter through the south commons of the high school.
- 7th Grade, May 16 – 4:30 – 6 p.m.
- 8TH Grade, May 16 – 6:15 – 7:45 p.m.
- 9th Grade, May 9 – 4:30 – 6 p.m.
- 10th-12th Grade, May 9 – 6:15 – 7:45 p.m.
Physicals – Athletes who participated in a sport other than volleyball at Union in 23-24 can try out if they will bring a copy of the physical on file at Union. Current volleyball kids can try out under last season’s physical. Any kids not participating in sports at Union for 23-24 must have a physical dated after May 1, 2024.
Union Physical Form – It’s the only form accepted. The OSSAA form will not be accepted.

Post Tryouts
- Mandatory Player/Parent Meeting – May 20 at 6:30 at the Union Freshmen Academy in the commons, south entry
- Players Must be in Attendance
- Team Snap – Download the app – It will be our primary method of communication after we load each player to the roster.
- An account will be set up with the parent email used to register for the tryout.
- Volleyball Camp – May 28-30
- Declining the Offer – If plans have changed and if a spot on the team is no longer possible or if other questions arise, please contact mckee.chadd@unionps.org.
If your number is listed below, download the Team Snap app and await future instructions. Soon, parents will log in with the parent email provided on the tryout registration.
Manager Option – If not placed on a team and wish to apply for a managerial position, click here. Also, if players wish to continue training this summer, there are many camps available across Tulsa, and we will gladly schedule another tryout for kids.
